About RGS Underground

Tim discovered Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2017 after a lifetime of Martial Arts training, and quickly fell in love with both the physical and mental challenge inherent in the sport.

We opened RGS Underground in 2021 and we are thrilled to bring Martial Arts to our community! We are a family-run gym who believes that people of all ages and abilites can benefit from martial arts.
